After the first international break of the season, teams in the German Bundesliga will reconvene for a fourth round of league matches this season.
Following a relatively low level of deadline day activity, most of the clubs are expected to remain as they were. Matchday Four features a couple of huge fixtures, and here is a brief preview and tips by our in-house experts ahead of the matches;
Bayer Leverkusen vs Borussia Dortmund: The BayArena is the venue as German football fans would be welcomed from the international break with a top match between two of the biggest sides in the league. Both sides claimed all three points on matchday three. While Bayer Leverkusen are undefeated in the league this season and have seven points after there matches, Borussia Dortmund have lost once this season and have six points from three matches.

Freiburg vs FC Koln: Freiburg will do battle with FC Koln under similar circumstances with the Leverkusen-Dortmund match. Both sides won their last match before the international break and arrive into their matchday four clash only separated by one point. While Freiburg are unbeaten and have picked up seven points, FC Koln have lost once this season and have six points so far.

Greuther Furth vs Wolfsburg: Wolfsburg, the only side in the league to have picked up maximum points, will play host to newly-promoted Greuther Furth on matchday four in a clash that pits a struggling Greuther Furth side against the side that has won the most points in the league this season. Greuther Furth have picked up only one point in the league this season and find themselves in the relegation zone.

Hoffenheim vs Mainz: Fresh from their first defeat of the season ad the hands of Borussia Dortmund last time out, Hoffenheim will welcome Mainz to their home in the hopes of getting one over them. Mainz have won two of their three matches this season and have six points, while the hosts have picked up only four points so far.
Hoffenheim win- 2.00 odds; Mainz win- 3.40 odds; Draw- 3.60 odds.
Union Berlin vs Augsburg: Struggling Augsburg will travel to the capital to face Union Berlin on matchday four. Union Berlin are undefeated in the league this season with two draws and a win, while Augsburg have only picked up one point in the German Bundesliga.
Union win- 1.71 odds; Augsburg win- 4.45 odds; Draw- 3.80 odds.
RB Leipzig vs Bayern Munich: In the weekend’s second blockbuster clash, champions Bayern Munich will take on last season’s runners-up RB Leipzig. Bayern spent the summer raiding Leipzig for players and a coach and have seen Leipzig become considerably weakened and struggle due to this. They have only won one and lost two in the league this season.
Leipzig win- 2.85 odds; Bayern win- 2.25 odds; Draw- 3.60 odds.
Eintracht Frankfurt vs Stuttgart: While Stuttgart have managed to pick up one win and two defeats this season, their next opponents Frankfurt have only managed two draws and a defeat. Both sides will be looking for three points to get their season back on track.

Bochum vs Hertha Berlin: Bottom-of-the-table Hertha Berlin travel to Bochum for a clash of great importance to both sides. Bochum will be looking to claim their second win of the season, and the capital club will be looking to pick up their first points of the season here.
Bochum win- 2.75 odds; Hertha Berlin win- 2.50 odds; Draw- 3.30 odds.
Borussia Monchengladbach vs Arminia Bielefeld: Undefeated Arminia Bielefeld will travel to Borussia Park to lock horns with the struggling Borussia Monchengladbach in their matchday four encounter. Monchengladbach have picked up only one point after three games, and their opponents have drawn all of their three league matches so far this season.
